Does Level 2 ever get a less sweaty? Because seriously, eww.
Finally, today's workout felt really great. I feel strong and less out of shape!
Does anyone else kinda like the "killer" ab move at the end of the workout? Because I really do.
Keep it up everyone!!!

Day 13 done!
Here's a word of advice: Best not to Shred with a hangover. Oh, my aching head. I think I was actually sweating beer. (My neighbor Paula was ready to Shred at 9:30 this morning, so I had no choice.)
Like (the other) Sarah, I like that ab workout at the end as well. But I hatehatehate the squats with the "V raise". I cannot lift my arms up to eye level for the life of me!
All this week, Paula and I will be Shredding at 5:15am. Shoot me now.

I finished "The Shred" around 11 this morning. And admittedly, I really do feel better on the days I exercise.
I took a break from it yesterday because of some calf pain that wasn't muscle soreness. I believe it was due to very poor arch support so I remedied that with a day of rest and some new inserts for my sneakers. I'm really enjoying Level 2 though, especially all the plank poses. I'm trying to follow Natalie more often but there is no way I'll ever be able to do that double jump rope without passing straight out.
The farther along we get into this the more I believe we can finish it.. Major kudos to you ladies who haven't taken a single day off!

I hate Level 2.
I sweat like a beast and I'm always dizzy after the second set.
Me so tired...and sore. Level 1 never made me sore for more than a few hours. Now I'm sore for days.

Just finished Day 13. My knees hurt, my shoulders hurt, and I am sweaty. (YUCK!)
I find great satisfaction when Jillian busts Natalie during the first set. Does anyone else snicker in delight over her getting called out?
Anyway, I'm beat. Need to shower and put the laundry away before bed!

I can't do the V-raise either!!... actually, this morning I used 3 lb weights and I did almost all the V-raises... but nothing over 3 lbs.
I have to take many a break during the V-raise and military press. It's just something about combo moves that kills me. But like ya'll I think that ab move at the end is great!
