Buh-bye to Level 2! I'm liking how I feel these days. I swear this is the first time I've ever done ANYTHING for 20 days in a row! So even if the weight hasn't come off (which is totally my own fault due to my HORRENDOUS eating habits...), I definitely feel stronger and more toned. And my clothes are a little looser. I notice this the most when I'm donning either my drawstring pj pants or my comfy pants. I usually don't even tighten the drawstrings, but lately I've had to, lest I show off the ole plumber's crack!
We're in the final stretch, September Shredders! Can't wait to hear everyone's reactions to Level 3 tomorrow! Make sure you check in!

Wow! I can't believe Level 2 is over. Woohoooooooo! If I could jump for joy I would, but I think I've already done enough jumping for the day.
I didn't Shred yesterday. So that makes 3 days out of 20 that I skipped. I really think my body appreciated the break. Today I was able to work harder and tough it out. I was surprised by how strong I was today. But still, the dreaded squat with a v-fly did me in. Those things are killer.
Congrats to all the ladies who've done 20 consecutive days! Is anyone noticing a huge difference? I can tell in my legs and my butt. A tiny bit in my arms. I still haven't weighed. I'm waiting for Day 30 to do that.

So long Level 2! I think that Level 2 ended at exactly the right time... if I had to watch Jillian's boobs struggle to escape during double jumprope one more time I don't know if I could have moved on.
Either way, I'm so excited to start Level 3 tomorrow. Bring it on, Jillian!! (Of course, I'll probably be singing a different tune after tomorrow's workout...)

I am clearly going insane. Or starting to get hooked on this exercise thing.
I've been considering ordering one of Jillian's other DVDs - either "No More Trouble Zones" or "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism". They're a bit longer than the Shred... don't know if I'm up for a 40 minute workout every day...
We shall see.
Keep it up everyone!
