Whoa. That third circuit of strength training could just about kill a gal, don't you think? Even with the modified moves. (Personally, I think the Superman move should be in circuit 3 instead of circuit 1.)

Tomorrow will be the first weekday that I won't be able to Shred in the morning. I was invited along with some other bloggers to test out a new kitchen product! In New York City! So when I arrive home tomorrow night, I will have to Shred, no matter what.

I can't believe we're already on Day 3 of Level 3! Time is flying (sort of...). I tried so hard to make today's workout count but it definitely wasn't easy...the exercises are TOUGH! I know that I will miss Shredding on Friday, Saturday, and maybe Sunday for a wedding so I am trying so hard to make these workouts count. You can do it September Shredders!

I am psyched. I managed to do ALL the traveling pushups today as well as one whole set of row/leg lift thingys at the end (while in FULL plank position! NO knees)! My upper body does feel awesome and the pain in my knees has subsided a bit. My husband really gets a laugh out of the fact that he thinks Jillian and Natalie have a "thing" going...seriously, she is always commending Natalie!! So, we have 7 days to go!! I am super excited because 3 of my friends have started Shredding because of our challenge!! Hubby and I are planning to start over with Level 1 once we are done with the 30 days...unless you guys have something new to try!!

Well, well, um, well, I have totally been slacking on the Shredding the last few (7 or so) days. Level 2 just made me pause for too long and I lost motivation to continue. I have been running, so I'm not a total slackard, but I need to get some strength training in as well. I will pick it up for my cross training, I will! I will!

Hey Girls! Whoa to Level 3! I did my Day 1 Level 3 this morning. It was tough! I actually did pretty well on most of the moves and followed Natalie. I didn't do as many as they did though. I went a little slower. Those sumo squats are killer! And the jump lunges were the hardest for me. I did half of each set Natalie style and then switched to Anita style. They are hard! And the rock star jumps are really hard. I had to go with Anita on those. All in all I think I did pretty good. I found that I am more huffy and puffy after Level 2 than Level 3. I think it's because the Level 3 cardio is differnt and has more strength in it. I'm hoping by the end of Level 3 that I can do both sets of jump lunges Natalie style. I think I can do it! I have a feeling I'm gonna be sore tomorrow...but I love it! Way to go ladies! I will check in tomorrow!

Okay ladies I am still shredding but I have been to cheap to buy the DVD so I am using ondemand from my cable. Well they only have level one and two. so for this phase I am alternating between the two. I figure I am still moviing and that is what counts.
