Day 24, Level 3

I have to say that I am the worst Shredder in the history of Shredding in September! I took three days off, then tried Level 3...epic fail. I am going to finish out the month, but I'm sticking to Levels 1 & 2. I need motivation because it is seriously lacking.

You have nooooo idea how much I didn't want to Shred tonight.  After a long day in NYC for a conference and then travelling back to Boston.  By the time my boyz went to bed tonight, I still had have a lot to do.  But I made myself Shred first, so I wouldn't procrastinate.  And now I'm glad I did - I've come too far to skip even one day!
And hey, where are all my September Shredders?  How are you doing?  Please send a blog post!

Wow, Level 3 is hard. Even when I feel like I'm pushing myself to the max, I still feel like I'm not doing that well. This stuff is tough!
I will probably not be Shredding for the next 3 days as I'm jumping into full wedding mode for one of my best friend's wedding.
Looking forward to resting my muscles, but I hope that I'm able to jump back in and Shred come Monday (or hopefully Sunday!). Go Shredders go!

I did Day 2 Level 3 yesterday and Day 3 Level 3 this morning. I had two hard, but great workouts. But I HATE the jump lunges! The are so hard! And I noticed Jillian rambles a lot during these so it seems like they go on forever. But I push through them and try my best. And my elbows have some serious rug burn going on from those plank things. I have a softer carpet down, but I might have to put a soft blanket over it because I don't think my elbows are gonna last 7 more workouts. :) Way to go to you all for pushing to get your workouts in. Keep it up!

I am a total loser as far as this September Shred goes! I ended up with 5 days of doing the DVD, and now the stress fracture. I am planning on trying the Shred again when I can take this boot off... so far, looks to be mid-October.
