I am proud to say that I followed all of Natalie's workout today! Afterwards, my body felt really tight and tense, so I immediately did 30 min. of yoga with my Wii Fit. Yoga is a great way to stretch those sore muscles!

I had to go stand in the cold rain this morning for football. I did not Shred beforehand, but I did, however, Shred as soon as I got home. It actually felt good to warm up from the chilly weather. I, like Sarahviz, also followed Natalie all the way through. I only managed to lose it a little with the Rock Star jumps. I did them, BUT I know my knees are gonna beat me up tomorrow!! Anyway...I feel good. I am celebrating with a glass of wine and watching the Patriots game. Am wondering if I worked out enough to compensate for a small peanut butter brownie?? Maybe not!!
